The Court restaurant is very formal and elegant, with ornate ceilings, chandeliers, and a piano in the corner. It is decorated personally with art purchased around the world by one of the hotels' owners. There are a variety of dishes are on offer, with focus on some particularly good local dishes. There is also a less formal dining room and a newly added conservatory where drinks and meals can be taken. A full lunch menu is served daily in the Conservatory Bar with “al fresco” dining when weather permits. The hotel’s terraced garden allows for spectacular views of Killarney's famous mountains and lakes, making it an ideal location to relax and unwind. For dining there is a choice of Checkers or The Court Restaurant. Each restaurant serves both À La Carte and Table D'Hôte menus featuring seafood as a speciality. Both are elegantly styled while offering a contrast in atmosphere and mood. For relaxation and well being, the hotel’s Club Santé Leisure Centre – with its 20 metre pool, sauna and Spa – is available to all residents.
