Recently redeveloped, the Europe Hotel excels as one of the country’s leading 5-star properties. The “Brasserie Restaurant” – complete with a new terrace for al fresco dining – is open daily from 11am to 11pm, serving an array of dishes, from light snacks to succulent flamed grills steaks cooked in front of you on an open grill. The “Panorama Restaurant” has one of the most enviable views in Ireland with vistas of the Lakes of Killarney, mountains and gardens stretching before you. This restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner providing fine dining at its best, highlighting Irish and international cuisine. After dinner, you can read in the Library, relax in the Lounge or sip a glass of chilled champagne in the “Crystal Bar”.
